Vibration Welding
Robust welding for medium to large parts.
Vibration welding is a friction welding process which, unlike ultrasonic welding, operates at much lower frequencies. This process is best suited for medium to large part applications and utilizes linear vibration along with pressure to generate the required heat to join injection molded plastic parts. The process is robust and can be used to produce hermetic seals in a variety of plastic materials.
